They can do so with traditional printed forms, to be collected at the end of the event and entered into your Subida Administration Portal. But they also use social media and email to promote the event and direct supporters to your organization’s custom fundraising page to place their orders directly online.
Either way, each participant gets credit for the sales they generate, which will show up on a leaderboard, to keep them motivated and in the loop with how they're doing.
At the end of the event, we have a couple convenient ways for you to complete the financial portion of the event. You'll receive custom branded bags with your organization's logo. This is a fantastic way to represent your organization and help keep your organization in front of your supporter’s minds.
For all orders over 300 bags, we will cover shipping! For anything less, we will withhold $1 per bag in commission to help cover the freight charges. But don’t worry, we have experience in finding the best and most economical shipping methods to make sure you save money!
